MOTD: Chicken tenders & kale chips

Healthy meets...not so healthy. A perfect balance. Chicken tenders, kale chips, and homemade honey mustard sauce.

This section is for easily prepared meals that also happen to not look like dog poo. Like this one!
For the chicken tenders, just coat some chicken tenderloins in egg, smother them in homemade panko bread crumbs (throw some old bread in a blender, bake at 300F for 6-7 minutes), and shallow fry them in canola oil. As for the kale chips, you know the deal; salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, pop 'em in the oven, and BOOM, what used to taste like leaves and grass is now passable as human food. Magic. Honey mustard is made with honey and mustard - groundbreaking, I know - as well as a dash of lemon juice and mayo for some creaminess. I try not to buy condiments when I can just as easily make them at home.
